Upon submitting your application you confirm that you agree to all the terms and conditions stated herein. Application decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. If accepted, you will receive an email granting access to our Affiliate Portal. TRIAL: Briotech, Inc. reserves the right to change and amend policy regarding this program during the trial period through 2021. Applicants understand that this is a trial program that will require gathering of information by Briotech for further optimization. CODES/LINKS: Discount Codes are featured for Retail and Special Offer Affiliates only and provide credit for commission upon use by customers at checkout. Upon acceptance, links, and discount codes if applicable, will be distributed electronically and will reflect in your Affiliate Dashboard. Use of Affiliate Links by Affiliates for personal Briotech transactions is prohibited. Affiliates may elect to use their personal Discount Codes. Upon either instance of link or code usage by Affiliates for personal Briotech transactions, neither will the Affiliate receive an associated commission nor will the transaction count towards their conversion quota. PAYMENT: Affiliates are required to have an active PayPal account. Earnings shall be assessed on a monthly basis for performance prior. Commissions are calculated on sales not including shipping costs and after application of any promotional discounts. Earnings will be distributed within 31 days of the end of the payment period. Affiliates will receive payment electronically via PayPal, and are responsible for any receiving-related transactional fees that may occur. CONTENT: Affiliates shall follow all platform rules regarding creation of content and are prohibited from discussing controversial topics (i.e. political issues) while involving Briotech or Briotech merchandise. Affiliates affirm that they are independent contractors, and are not representatives of Briotech, and agree that any of their statements and/or claims, unless stated explicitly by Briotech in marketing materials provided by Briotech, are their own, and as such Briotech will not be held liable for any erroneous, false, or misleading statements and/or claims. To ensure the success of both parties, creative, unique and engaging content is encouraged. At its discretion, Briotech will make available marketing materials for informational and sales purposes.

Personal Information We Collect
